Dear Coaching Students,

 After class last Wednesday I drove to my parents home in Orlando as my mother has been very sick. She died early this morning. I am grateful that I was able to be here and grateful that she has been relieved of her pain. I am spending time making arrangements to stay for her service and I am concerned about our class meeting on Wednesday.

 I feel like the best thing would be for you to take the time and use it for your coaching sessions. You have several more sessions with each other and so this can be productive time. I do regret not being able to be there for class and I am especially sorry for any loss of learning rhythm due to the two weeks prior and now this one being spent without collective class time.

 Will you please just check in with your coaching group and make arrangement with each other? I do not think the classroom will be open as I took the key on Wednesday. So, if you can find a place to meet that would be great. Again, I am very sorry, I did not quite see far enough ahead on this one.

 Also, will you just have someone from each group let me know that you were all able to agree on some arrangements for Wednesday. If your team does not meet at all on Wednesday, that will be fine, I just would like to hear from each of the teams via email that some kind of agreements were made.
